It is vital that dancers wishing to improve their strength attend a weekly gymnastics/acrobatics class. The classes teach the students skills and tricks to take to future auditions and performances. Upon auditioning for a professional job within the industry, dancers are now required to be able to perform tricks. The class includes strength and flexibility training, front walk overs, back walk overs, flips, aerials and much more! Without the lengthy queues of a gymnastics centre!
