Baby Massage
6 Weeks-Sitting age6 weeks- Sitting age
Baby massage- 6 weeks to sitting age!
Jo- owner of Jojo Baby massage will be providing this enlightening course for new Mummies! A unique bonding experience with your baby, you will learn the correct techniques to settle and soothe your little one under the expert guidance of Jo. It’s also the perfect opportunity to meet other new parents and develop a support network.
Along with your 45 minute sessions, you will receive a welcome pack which includes massage oil, a mini MPDA baby early years T shirt for your little one, entry to FREE soft play after your session, plus refreshments will be served each week.
TIME: Mondays 12.45pm-1.30pm- (Kidlington studios) OR 10.15am-11am-Abingdon (Hadland Road Community centre)

BABY YOGA
4 months-1 year4 months- 1 year
Baby tots yoga is an interactive routine for you and your baby. The movements will include gentle stretching of the limbs- with an incredibly gentle approach. The wonderful Jo who hosts the class will provide calm music or fun memorable rhymes to help soothe and engage your baby. Baby yoga has been proven to be a safe and beneficial class to introduce at this young age. The classes are baby led, meaning if you have to feed of change mid way- that’s absolutely fine!
Jo is passionate about creating an environment where you can meet new Mums and carers so that the group together can support, share tip and discuss the highs and lows of the early stages of parenting.

Curious Crawlers: Movement and sensory
7 Months-1 year7-12 months
Curious crawlers- sitting babies to crawlers finding their feet!
This class is designed for sitting babies up to very new walkers- perfect for curious crawlers. We invite our babies to explore a magical land filled with colours, textures, music, movement and laughter. A wonderful environment where parents and children can enjoy learning songs, baby signing, more about physical development, and all attendees can socialise together. Stay after class and enjoy refreshments, chat and free play.
TIME: Wednesdays 9.15am-10am

SOFT PLAY- Coffee mornings
Ages 0-40-4 years
We soft play sessions for Children ages 0-4. Come and use our soft play facilities on the first Monday of every month! Just £6 per session. Gives a chance for parents to catch up and have a natter over coffee and refreshments, whilst the children are sure to have a fantastic time!
Soft play is a great way to take the first steps into the dance world. Exploring touch, sensory movement, motor skills and the world of play. To book your child in for a session this week, you can do so by clicking HERE!

MUSIC AND MOVEMENT
Confident walkers-2 yearsConfident walkers -2 years
Music and Movement is a class designed for those who have found their feet. We introduce children to the world of dance via a range of expertly crafted activities that promote not just physical development, but also emotional and mental development. The class incorporates singing, movement, puppets and sensory activities resulting in a class that is engaging and educational.
The class is 45 minutes, allowing for 30 minutes of class time and 15 minutes of free play where children can explore the activities in their own time and in their own way. Contact the office today as your Child is eligible for a free trial!

MINI MOVERS DANCE
Confident walkers-2 yearsConfident walkers -2 years
The perfect introduction to dance for your little one! Our Mini Movers class guides your child through a unique theme using beautiful props and engaging music. They will improve fundamental motor skills needed for dance as well as develop a love for music and dance. It is the perfect starting point if your child would like to move on to our Baby Ballet class at age 2. The class promises to be oodles of fun for you and your little one!
How does this class differ from our music and movement class for the same age group?
This class focuses purely on dance and music whereas our Music and Movement class includes activities that aid in developing fine motor skills and emotional and cognitive development. Music and Movement includes sensory elements and a more general range of movement activities whereas Mini Movers is designed specifically as an introduction to dance for your little one.

BABY BALLET
Age 2-3
Baby Ballet is designed to introduce your little one to the world of Ballet in a safe and relaxed environment. The class incorporates interesting props and musical instruments and follows unique storylines that guide the children through a series of activities. The children will learn basic movement concepts like turnout, bending and stretching, hopping, jumping, skipping and more, while also being given plenty of opportunity to express themselves through free movement.
The class helps to improve strength and coordination as well as mental and social skills which they will be able to carry with them into other activities as they begin to approach school age.

BABY MUSICAL THEATRE
Age 2-3
Baby Musical Theatre is the perfect way to explore music, song, drama and dance with your little one. Our lesson will guide your child through a captivating story using high quality props and engaging music from their favourite musicals and films. This class is designed to introduce little ones to the world of musical theatre while also developing their creativity and confidence! So if you feel like your toddler is a star in the making, or if they love to sing, dance and wriggle to music then this is the class for them!

BABY GYMNASTICS
Age 2-3Age 2-3
Baby Gymnastics starts the teaching of acrobatic skills in a safe and relaxed environment. The class will allow students to use our incredible equipment with the supervision and support of our expert teachers. In this class children will learn basic movements and shapes setting them up to be able to learn their very first gymnastic skills.
The class helps to improve strength and coordination as well as mental and social skills which they will be able to carry with them into other activities as they begin to approach school age. To book a free trial in any of the classes below, please contact the office.
Children’s classes are bookable via the term. If your Child attends a trial and then joins halfway through a term, you will be sent an invoice for the remaining sessions. Adult classes can be booked individually and so can soft play sessions. Both Adult classes and soft play sessions work on a pay as you go basis.
