Robyn grew up in a small town in Scotland, and started dancing age 4. Robyn always loved musical theatre, and began competing around the UK at 8 years old while working her way through the RAD Ballet Syllabus. Robyn achieved an A in A-Level Dance (2016), and completed her BTech in Dance at Edinburgh PASS (2017). Robyn trained in the Ballet West Associates programme for 3 years (2017-2019), earning a full scholarship in her final year, while also training in Sara Maria Barton’s SMB Company (2019).
Robyn was awarded a full scholarship to The Urdang Academy in 2020, and graduated with a Diploma of Higher Education in Musical Theatre & Dance (2020-2023).
Robyn first appeared in a musical as a featured child actor in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang UK Tour (2016). She took on her first acting role with STV appearing in the final season of Still Game (2019) as a featured heckler. Robyn competed in The Greatest Dancer (2020) as a member of Dancepoint Team, placing 4th in the live final working with industry professionals Robert Hamilton, Dean Anthony Lee and Todrick Hall. During her second year training at The Urdang Academy, she worked with Netflix appearing as a featured dancer in One Day (2022). After graduating she made her professional debut in Crossroads Productions – Peter Pan The High Flying Pantomime (2023) as “Wendy Darling”. Robyn worked with Netflix again for tv series Dept Q (2024), and appeared as a featured dancer in Son of Sardarr 2 (2024). Most recently she has been working with Taylor Made Global in Thailand, and since returning to the UK has rediscovered her passion for teaching.
Robyn began assisting classes of all age groups with Central Scotland Ballet School (2018), and found a passion for choreography during her training at The Urdang Academy. She began working as a vocal coach, jazz and tap dance teacher at Acting Singing Dance School in 2024.
