Mona started dancing at the age of 5 with traditional Chinese dance and later trained in K-pop, commercial, and hip-hop across various places in China. She also completed a minor in Dance Studies during her undergraduate studies in the US.
Mona is very excited to be working for MPDA and to be amongst a team with different backgrounds and experiences! She enjoys blending elements from various styles. creating unique movements combining traditional dance with street styles. Mona enjoys teaching because it allows her to share her love of dance whilst bringing joy to others. Her classes are all about having fun, exploring new styles, and feeling free to express oneself through movement.
