With a First-Class Honours degree in Contemporary Dance from Edge Hill University, Charlotte brings a variety of experience and knowledge to her teaching. Dancing since the age of two, she has trained and competed in technical jazz, ballet, commercial and acrobatics, building a strong foundation across a variety of styles.
Charlotte has worked with established companies and choreographers, including Company Chameleon, Bettina Carpi Company, Bakani Pick-Up, Levantes Dance Theatre, Joseph Reay-Reid, and Aakash Odedra Company, gaining valuable insight into the professional dance industry. In addition, she has choreographed many musicals, taking her shows to the Edinburgh Fringe, which has further enriched her creative and teaching experience.
Charlotte values how movement can deepen our connection to space, ourselves and others, providing a creative outlet for exploration and growth. Her teaching reflects this perspective, encouraging students to discover their own potential through dance. Charlotte is thrilled to be MPDA’s latest acro coach!
