Annique started dancing at age two and a half at Sargent and Plester School of Dance in Chesham. At age 11, Annique gained a full-time place at the prestigious Tring Park School for the Performing Arts, earning an MDS scholarship.
While at Tring Park, Annique performed in 3 seasons of English National Ballet’s Nutcracker and numerous performances at the Markova theatre. Annique learnt various styles at Tring Park, including Classical Ballet (Cecchetti, RAD), Contemporary dance, Tap and Jazz.
She gained distinctions in several dance exams, including Advanced 1 RAD Ballet and a level 5 diploma in professional dance accredited by Trinity College London.

In her final year, Annique was the Artistic Director of the 6th form Choreographic showcase and stage-managed several shows for various age groups.
While at Tring Park, Annique began teaching Modern and ballet to children of various ages, where her passion for teaching developed.
