We store this data as long as we deem necessary in order to fulfil the needs of the sender and to fulfil our business with our customers. If your enquiry is of a particularly private or sensitive nature, please speak to a member of staff face to face and avoid using email or our website forms, where your data will be stored in numerous places, including online databases and may be read by an unintended recipient.
