Welcome to the October newsletter! The term has got off to a great start and all of our classes are back up and running! September saw the incredible ‘Bring your Dad to dance week!’ which was a huge success. We’ve also launched brand new classes including Baby musical theatre, our new competition team has begun their elite training and we are already looking forward to our October half term camp! Please read below for all of the MPDA news you need!

LOOKING FORWARD….

BOOKING OPEN FOR HALF TERM CAMP!

For the first time EVER we will be holding a five day camp over the October half term break! With a stage school theme, we will be putting on a production of everyone’s favourite “The Greatest Showman”- with a spooky halloween twist!

Monday 23rd October-Friday 27th October:

MPDA STUDIOS, 12 Banbury Road, OX5 2BT

Tinies camp: Ages 3-6: 9.30am-12.30pm daily

Main Camp: Ages 7-18: 9.30am-3.30pm daily

Teens Technique Masterclasses! Half term

Plus, from 4pm-5.30pm each day over the Half term, we will be holding exciting dance classes for teens age 12 and over. For just £10 per session, your Child can experience an industry standard class which will put them through their paces! Some classes will be with guest teachers, and others with our fantastic MPDA team. Perfect for squad attendees or any teen student who wants a challenge. Please book below!

The Halloween fun is for EVERYONE! Which is why we will also be hosting our 3rd Stay and Play event- A Halloween party morning! Taking place on Saturday the 28th October between 9am-1pm, bring your child along for plenty of fun at the studios. We will have a bouncy castle, soft play, arts and crafts, glitter tattoos, a photo booth and refeshments throughout! We have received lots of bookings already and there are just a few spaces left! New Early years class- Baby Massage!

A wonderful opportunity for new Mums, our Baby massage course will run for six weeks with expert practioner Jo. You will learn specific massage techniques whilst bonding with your baby. Attending will also give you the chance to meet other new parents and receive support with regards to the new journey of Motherhood! You will also recieve a wonderful welcome pack, a baby MPDA T shirt and free weekly soft play after the class (Usually £5 per session!) Spaces are limited so please book now to start on Monday 2nd October

Classes run on Mondays: MPDA Studios: 1.45pm-2.30pm

We are also offering the option to attend the first session (2nd October) as a 1 off class to see whether it’s something which is right for you and your little one! Please EMAIL THE OFFICE to request a one off attendance. (£10 for the class). STARTS TOMORROW- so please don’t delay!

Please keep an eye on your inbox as details about our Xmas Disco will soon be revealed! We will be hosting two discos, one for ages 6 and under, and one for older students. For now, please just save the date on the 2nd December!

Looking back on September

We were OVERWHELMED with how many eager Dads came along to our ‘Bring your Dad to dance week!’ And Oh what fun we had! Our male role models had a great time dancing with their children, learning some new steps, creating new choreography, and even delivering some Dad group performances! Thank you so much to all of those who attended. We hope to see some of the guys at our Adult dance classes very soon! Because BOYS DANCE TOO! (Watch some priceless footage below!)

Mini Movers Dance Success!

Tuesdays

10.45am-11.15am weekly

Confident walkers- age 2

This wonderful new class launched on the 26th September and the room was full of smiles! This is the perfect prep class before starting one of our baby dance sessions. This is the introduction your little one needs into the world of dance! EMAIL US to request a free trial. We still have a couple of spaces available.

Bring a Friend deal: Still running!

Due to the success of this offer across the Summer, we have decided to continue our bring a friend deal into the Autumn term! If your Child brings a friend to trial a class, you will receive an instant refund for 1 session. Then, if that friend enrols for the rest of the term, you will receive 25% OFF next term’s fees! (For one class). This could be a huge saving of up to £47!
