Mini Professionals offers an amazing ‘Yoga For Dancers’ class, which not only helps the students with their dance flexibility and strength, but it is there for those that wish to learn how to calm their minds, learn relaxation techniques and mindfulness. We believe that this is an essential class that should be added to our students weekly classes.
