Miss Lola is still offering private lesson slots every weekend! Our 1-1s are a brilliant way to focus on technique and get the specialised tuition which could supercharge your child’s progress! The cost of a lesson is just £50 for the hour at our Kidlington studios and slots are available on Sundays from 1.15pm. Email us to request a booking!

We are incredibly lucky to have professional ballerina and ballet teacher- Miss Adelaide here at MPDA! Miss Adelaide has already wowed our students with her inspiring and engaging RAD Ballet classes and I’m delighted to say that Miss Adelaide will now be teaching the Tuesday RAD lessons as well!  So if your child wants to take up ballet and learn with the best, we’d love to welcome them! Tuesday RAD Ballet 

 4pm-4.45pm  Ages 4-5 Pre-Primary RAD

4.45pm-5.45pm Age 11+: Grade 4 RAD

5.45pm-6.45pm: Age 12+ RAD Grade 5

12.30pm-1.30pm: AGE 11-13 Grade 3

CLASSES: UNDER 1s

You’re NEVER too early to start with us here at MPDA and we are proud to offer classes from the age of just 6 weeks. Beginning with Baby massage, you can then progress to Baby yoga, before moving on to Curious crawlers from 6-7 months:

Baby Massage with Jo: 6 weeks- sitting age

Mondays 1.45pm-2.30pm

Meet other Mums and develop priceless soothing techniques. Great to help promote a routine, whilst offering the opportunity to bond with your beautiful baby!

Baby Yoga with Jo: 4 months-12 months

Mondays 12.45pm-1.30pm 

Baby Yoga has proven to be a safe and beneficial class to introduce at the age of 4 months. The session combines gentle stretching to aid post partum along with soothing, interactive rhymes to involve your little one!

CLASSES: UNDER 2s

Curious crawlers: Movement and sensory: 7-12 months 

Wednesdays: 9.15am-10am

We invite our babies to use all their five senses and explore a magical land filled with colours, textures, music, movement and laughter. A wonderful environment where parents and children can enjoy learning songs, baby signing, baby development, and socialise together.

Mini Tumblers (Confident walkers- age 2)

Thursdays 2.30pm-3.15pm:

In this class, children will do a fun music based warm up before learning a new ‘skill for the week!’ The children will then be led round the equipment with a parent to experience using their bodies according to the weekly theme. There will also be 15 minutes of free play on the soft equipment!

Soft Play- with coffee & cake! 6th Jan

Join us on Mon 6th Jan for the first Soft play morning of 2025! Taking place on the first Monday of the month, your little one can come between the hours of 9am-1pm and play at our fantastic facilities. Free, tasty refreshments will be served so you can natter with other parents. The ideal escape from a cold January morning! Only. £6 per child (includes free entry for 1 adult)

If your Child brings a friend to trial a class, you will receive an INSTANT refund for 1 session. Then, if that friend enrols for the rest of the Spring, you will receive 25% OFF next term’s fees! (For one class). This could be a huge saving of up to £47!

OR if your child recruits 4 friends who all enrol, you get the entire Summer term 2025  (for one class) FREE!

LOOKING BACK ON DECEMBER!

MPDA XMAS DISCO!

On the 7th December, we held our annual Christmas discos! Bletchingdon Hall was transformed into a Christmas grotto, providing a fabulously festive setting for lots of fun! We were so impressed with all of the Christmas themed costumes, with the staff also joining in with the dress code (see above!) Our talented squad teams also performed, showcasing some of their choreography from the term. Allowing our squad teams to perform helps to inspire other dancers at MPDA, especially those who are striving for a squad invite in 2025! We also had a brilliant DJ who helped get all students and parents boogying on the dance floor. All students were gifted with an MPDA Xmas tote bag as a memorable keepsake. In-House Show week!

We were so proud of all of our students who performed over our In-House show week! In our endeavour to provide performance experiences for all of our dancers, we invited all of the Mums, Dads and families into the studios to watch the students shine. The children loved wearing costumes and presenting a showcase of what they had achieved this term. The mini shows were also filmed and emailed out to attendees. It was a great way to round off the Autumn term and a hint of what is to come for our Summer show 2025!

ISTD Dance exams

Miss Sophie has been hard at work, preparing our students for their ISTD modern exams! December was the first time we have entered students for modern exams under the organisiation and we have no doubt that the dancers will have achieved some fantastic results. Taking dance exams is a tangible measure of progress, which can be a rewarding endeavour. The students thoroughly enjoyed the experience of going to an ISTD registered centre in Bristol for the day. We are very proud of you!
