Events
We always aim to put on an array of child events, from our camps, to our discos, to our shows, to dress up weeks- to charity fundraisers! Such events are a great supplement to our regular classes and they often provide the students with some wonderful performance opportunities. We also welcome Non-MPDA students to many of our events which helps to introduce more students to the world of dance. Read more below!
Family Dance day!

Saturday 10th May: 12pm-1pm: MPDA Studios
Join us for an hour of family fun this Spring! We will be offering a family friendly dance session suitable for all families with children aged 4-11 years. Come along and let loose with this super-fun movement workshop! Learn something new and stay active as a family, whilst also having a laugh in the process! The perfect addition to your family weekend!

Dance day camps and a private lesson extravaganza!
Head to our HOLIDAY CAMPS page to find out more about our dance day camps over the half term break. We will be offering an entire day of dance for ages 3-12 on Wednesday the 28th May. Your child can experience multiple styles of dance with our expert teachers. We will also be holding a teens version of the day camp on Friday the 28th May. You can book right in via our booking site!
We will also be holding an entire day of discount private lessons! On Thursday 29th May, a 1-1 session for an hour will be offered at the discounted rate of just £35 for the hour or £17.50 for 30 minutes. This is an absolute steal! Private lessons are a wonderful way to get selective tutoring which can really take a student to the next level of their training. You won’t want to miss out. EMAIL US here to book in.

July 19th and 20th 2025
The Amey Theatre Abingdon
This year, our spectacular MPDA production will be themed around heroes and villains! Taking place at the beautiful Amen theatre in Abingdon, this will give all of our dancers the chance to perform on stage to a live audience. You’ll get to see your child underneath the lights in a special costume, a memory to cherish for years to come. Our productions are often the highlight of a student’s training experience with us.
