Is attendance monitored?
Attendance will be monitored each month. We encourage consistent attendance as this promotes a strong work ethic, giving each dancer the best results possible in their training. If you are aware of any absences due to illness or other, please inform your child’s teacher so that the class is not delayed by your child’s absence.
What happens at drop off & collection
Dancers are expected to arrive at least 5 minutes before any class and be ready to dance when the class is scheduled to start. You are responsible for this timekeeping. The classes will begin when scheduled to ensure all students get the most out of the lesson. If late, your child will miss valuable lesson time and cause class disruption.
Please note Mini Professionals Dance Academy does not accept responsibility of any child before or after a class you must ensure you remain with them until class begins and they’re with staff and be on time to collect them.
Upon enrolment, parents will need to sign and complete a parental consent form, to confirm collection arrangements.
Do the venues have parking?
Our Bicester and Abingdon locations have parking on site. Although our Kidlington site doesn’t have it’s own car park there is plenty of free parking nearby. Please see some more details below about reaching our Kidlington venue:
PARKING/TRAVEL:
1) The Black Bull Car Park (£3 for 3 hours, right next door to studio)
2) Watts Way Car Park (FREE for 6 hours, 5 mins walk from studio) Most do this.
3) Plenty of 2 hour no return parking in neighbouring roads
4) Get the bus! From town centre get the 500, 2, 2B, 7 gold or S4 gold from Magdalen Street (stop C3) to The Black Horse Kidlington
Payments & refunds policy
Fees are to be paid in full and at the start of each term in order to secure a place. No refunds are given if any classes are missed. With ANY of our classes/ camps and events, class credit will only be offered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Director. These are only handled on a case by case basis, but ordinarily the payment for the service is non refundable.
Adult classes have a 24 hour notice period for cancellation. We are able to transfer an adult booking to another date or time should we receive 24 hours notice or more.
Payment is made via the booking site. All payments are handled online and we do not accept cash or cheque.
Fees & payments
Occasionally, we need to increase our prices in line with inflation. You will be notified beforehand of any such changes by Mini Professionals Dance Academy with good notice.
Cancelled classes due to events beyond our control
Any and all classes that are cancelled due to severe weather conditions, or any other event beyond the control of the teachers at Mini Professionals Dance Academy, will not result in a refund for that class. Refunds are to the discretion of Mini Professionals Dance Academy. If you believe you are due a refund for any reason, please contact the office at office@mpdance.co.uk
Do you organise birthday parties?
Yes we do!
We can personalise the experience for you but our main service includes:
- Max 25 children including the birthday girl/boy
- Professional dance teacher
- Speaker, music and games included
- We come to you
- You can hire out one of our Kidlington studios for an additional fee.
Cost for one hour is £160 Including VAT

Do you hold private lessons?
Yes we do!
Private lessons are taught by one of the team. Cost per hour is £66 1:1 OR £96 for 2 students, including VAT.
Private lessons are for ages 7+. We work on the child’s area of weakness, along with stripping back to basics to ensure the student can progress and feel confident. Each lesson is tailored to the individual student.
