Attendance

Attendance will be monitored each month. We encourage consistent attendance as this promotes a strong work ethic, giving each dancer the best results regards to training.

Drop Off & Collection

Dancers arriving 5 minutes before any class will not be our responsibility. Upon enrolment, parents will sign and complete a collection form stating that we are not responsible for your child before and after their class.

Do the Venues have Parking?

All of our venues offer parking facilities. Summertown and Wolvercote offer street parking directly outside. All other venues have a carpark situated directly outside. All venues are situated near public transport.

Payments & Refunds Policy

  • Fees are to be paid in full and at the start of each term in order to secure a place.
  • No refunds are given if any classes are missed.
  • Payment is made via bank transfer only. No cash or cheque payments. The website does not cater for payments online.

Fees & Payments

Occasionally, we need to increase our prices inline with inflation. You will be notified beforehand of any such changes.

Cancelled classes due to events beyond our control

Any and all classes that are cancelled due to severe weather conditions, or any other event beyond our control, will not result in a refund for that class.
