BRAND NEW CLASS - Yoga For Dancers

Children derive enormous benefits from yoga. Physically, it enhances their flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness. In addition, their concentration and sense of calmness and relaxation improves. Children are under huge amounts of pressure in school, in peer groups, and even perhaps at home. We wanted to create a space where students could learn how to calm their mind, strengthen their technique as a dancer, improve their flexibility, and gain more body awareness.

Miss Roosa is a trained professional dancer and a qualified yoga instructor. Having taught yoga all over Oxfordshire, Miss Roosa also trains our Squad B class, along with teaching our brilliant ballet conditioning dance class.

The combination of yoga and dance is a transformation in itself!
